As you approach the car you will hear the enchanting burble of the powerful Subaru flat-four engine. You will then get a short safety briefing in the car before being let loose in one of the fastest production saloon cars in the world. When you pull away the first thing that you will notice is how fast you have to go through the gears to keep up with the acceleration. As you approach the first chicane its time to test the brakes which are equally impressive. Time after time around the track its flat out acceleration followed by awesome stopping power. Even though you are driving one of the most powerful production cars in the world you will be amazed at how easy it is to drive on the limit. Programme The session will start with a welcome, introduction & short briefing in the car on the circuit & driving techniques. You will experience a session driving a Subaru Impreza, an experience you will never forget. The experience ends with a de-briefing session in which you get a driver analysis form completed by your instructor & a certificate. Please note at some locations there is an option to purchase damage waiver insurance on the day of your experience. In the event of an accident the damage waiver will cover all or part of the damage caused to the vehicle (s) however this will not cover damage caused by reckless or negligent driving. Further details are available on booking. Duration Please allow Approx. 1 to 2 hours at the venue, depending on the location. Group You will be in a group of 3-4 participants. Spectators You are welcome to bring spectators along to watch your driving action. Fitness The minimum height is 1.52m (5). You must be under 1.98m (66") & weigh less than 108kg (17 stone). This may not suitable for those who suffer from epilepsy or any physical disability. If in doubt please consult your doctor. Experience You must hold a full manual UK or European driving licence in order to participate. Minimum Age The minimum age for this activity is 18 years old. Henry himself, Anne Boleyn, Lady Jane Grey, Queen Elizabeth I & Richard III have all played a part in Sudeley’s story. The 15th century west wing houses St Mary’s Church where Katherine Parr lies buried, the gardens, Pheasantry, medieval ruins & adventure playground are for you to explore & experience at your leisure. The castle has many fascinating exhibitions which explore the story of Sudeley’s history & the prominent characters that have visited or lived at the Castle. Sudeley’s glorious gardens are amongst the very best in Engl&, from the centrepiece Queens Garden, billowing with hundreds of varieties of old fashioned roses, to the Herbal Healing Garden. In addition to your exploration of the castle, gardens & private apartments, you can enjoy a traditional cream tea within the castles Banqueting Hall which was previously the castles stable & before that the original kitchen.
