Using the e 322 Elgento Buffet Warmer It’s pretty easy really. Switch the unit on, place food in the warming pans & set the temperature control to the preferred setting. That’s pretty much it. You can choose from three temperature settings; low 700 medium 1000 or high 1200 & when that temperature is reached the ‘ready’ indicator lamp will illuminate.
