Samsungs Fast Guard service provides you with a fast track repair & return service for Samsung IT products. The aim is to minimize disruption & get you back to productive working as quickly as possible. Should a fault occur with your notebook you would need to contact the Samsung Support Centre to have the fault diagnosed. If the Samsung Support Analyst determines that your Notebook requires repair, Samsung will be responsible for collecting your notebook & returning it to you within a target turnaround time of 72 hours.
