Programme During your experience you will enjoy two sessions in a rally car, lasting Approx. 8 to 10 minutes each, & a white knuckle high speed passenger ride from your instructor, to show you how the professionals do it! Duration You will spend Approx. 2 hours at the venue. Group You will share the experience with other drivers on the day. Spectators All spectators are welcome, all children under the age of 11 must be accompanied at all times by a non participating adult. Due to the nature of this activity facilities are normally basic. Fitness This is not suitable for those with heart problems. There is a maximum weight limit of 102kg (16 stone), maximum height is 1.93m (6ft 4") & the minimum height is 1.52m (5ft 0"). Experience To do this activity you require a full valid UK or European driving licence. You may be asked to sign a disclaimer on the day, as you will not be covered for damage caused as a result of reckless and/or negligent driving. After a briefing from one of Silverstones expert rally instructors you will get behind the wheel of the Group N spec Ford Fiesta ST. With 169bhp, it can go 0 to 60mph in 6.5 seconds. You can then test the car to the max on the challenging rally stage, with your instructor giving you top tips on how to improve your techniques. The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident.
