Very similar to the Doro Formula 3, the Doro Formula 5r is another entry level model in the range but also has a digital answering machine built in. This low cost telephone is also DECT so delivers exceptional sound & range indoors & out. The answering machine on the Doro Formula 5r has up 15 minutes recording capacity & is digital so playback is quick & simple. It is also very clear when a message has been left as the Doro Formula 5r has a large LED message counter. At the back of the Doro Formula 5r base there is a large speaker that will playback messages that have been left on the answer machine. However if a user want privacy the Formula handset can be used to listen to the messages as well. The cordless handset of the Doro Formula 5r also has a 20 entry phone book to store the details of contacts. There is a pre dialling facility so you can key in the whole phone number before it dials & also a 5 last number redial. Compatible with caller display the Formula 5r phone can show the incoming callers phone number, & if in the phone book the name as well. There is even a clock & an alarm so users can set a reminder too. For a higher specified version of this phone there is the Doro Formula 8r DECT phone with answer machine.
