- when you see them on the road every day, its easy to forget just how fast they can go & the power of their acceleration. Once youre behind the wheel you cant help but think of the Italian Job & the extreme manoeverability. The MINI will certainly live up to the legend if youre brave enough to try it. Programme The session normally starts with an introduction & safety briefing. Then onto the circuit for the driving action! After receiving demonstration laps in the MINI Cooper with your instructor you will then take to the wheel with the instructor by your side. Depending on the location you may receive a high speed passenger ride. Please note at Goodwood you will not receive a high speed demonstration ride or demonstration laps, all the driving action is done by you. Please note at some locations there is an option to purchase damage waiver insurance on the day of your experience. In the event of an accident the damage waiver will cover all or part of the damage caused to the vehicle (s) however this will not cover damage caused by reckless or negligent driving. Further details are available on booking. Duration You will spend Approx. 1 hour at the venue. Group The cars are shared between the drivers on the day. Spectators Youre welcome to bring family & friends along to watch you take to the track. Fitness The maximum weight is 108kg (17 stone), maximum height 1.98m (6ft 6in), minimum height 1.52m (5ft). This may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy or any mental or physical disability. If in doubt please consult your doctor. Experience A full valid manual UK or European driving licence is required, which must have been held for at least one year with no serious offences.
