Buckmore Park is one of the most famous & successful karting circuits in the UK. Two British Formula 1 World Champions learned their craft at this challenging twisty international circuit. None other than Lewis Hamilton & Jenson Button, two of the fastest & most skillful drivers in racing. Karting is considered to be the perfect starting point for all those wishing to get into racing & surprisingly, in a quick kart, it is one of the closest things to racing in a Formula 1 car! So if you want to get into this very competitive sport or just want some karting fun then you cant go wrong with Buckmore Park. This voucher entitles you to enter either a Grand Prix which takes place on their 600m National circuit or a 30 minute endurance event which will take place on the International circuit. On arriving at the centre you will sign on & get suited up in a helmet & racing overalls. This will be followed by a safety briefing & instructions on the kart controls. For these races youll be driving the RX390 karts which are ideal for both novice drivers & those with previous karting experience. The Grand Prix takes place on the shorter but challenging National Circuit, with practice, three heats & a final for all drivers. The 30 minute endurance takes place on the full international circuit, with practice & 30 minutes of non-stop racing. The experience ends with a presentation of trophies to the fastest drivers. The minimum age is 16 years. This activity is not suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or any mental or physical disability. The minimum height for participants is 1.52m (5).
