HP Daa S, which is cloud-enabled for scale & flexibility, continually monitors the fleet & reports device problems, or potential problems, including hard disk drive & battery health, overheating & thermal issues, firewall & antivirus settings, and security compliance, for example, and alerts the HP Service Experts. These highly trained Service Experts then use HPs multi-device, multi-OS analytics & endpoint management platform to manage devices & applications for customers allowing them to offload day-to-day IT management functions so that staff can focus on more strategic projects for the company.
