How long will you last? Your experience will start with a full safety briefing where the top international coaches will introduce you to the basics, for example, a quick workout to learn the essential footwork. Youll then be shown the equipment including foil & mask before going through the different techniques in order to beat your opponent. During the session youll learn all the basics & terminology that goes with them, such as the lunge, parry, riposte & feint. Then its time to put all you have learned into practice by challenging your instructor to a duel. The session will end with an introduction to the three different types of sword used in fencing
