Includes:: a days full use of the facilities which include: a hydrotherapy pool where massaging jets of water boost your circulation & tone your body as you relax; the crystal steam room where a combination of essential oils & humid heat will soothe all your cares away; a Finnish sauna which is a traditional Scandinavian cabin where water is is automatically sprayed onto hot coals to ensure a constant temperature of around 70&129;°C; a laconium which uses dry heat between 65 & 70&129;°C in combination with aromatherapy oils to stimulate your circulation; the ice fountain where you can rub a handful of ice crystals all over your skin to boost your circulation & lymphatic system; the fitness studio which is fully equipped with cardio vascular machines for workouts to suit any level of fitness; & if there are spaces available you can also join in one of the regualar exercise classes which take place during the day.
