The rear control panel shows flash & modelling lamp intensity & has the switches that allow the choice of audible or silent recycling indication & proportional or full power modelling lamp setting. Fan cooling ensures that the flash capacitors & associated circuitry are kept to their optimum working temperature even during periods of prolonged use. User changeable flash tubes ensure both long life & colour consistency. Also, Auto Power Dumping, thermal cut-out devices & greater air flow around the capacitors are features of the Stellar XD Head that professionals find highly desirable. 5 F-Stop Range.
