Enjoy a days cooking at one of our selected top cookery schools, which are renowned for their practical, down-to-earth approaches to good food. Programme After tea or coffee on arrival, you will be given a briefing of the mornings recipes. You will cook the 3 course meal together during the morning supervised by a professional chef. Programme Your typical experience will start with a warm welcome complimented with refreshments on your arrival. A qualified chef will then provide you with a cookery demonstration in a fun atmosphere where you will witness the cooking of several dishes in the theme of the lesson. Depending on the location, your demonstration will take place in a purpose built cookery school or the more intimate surroundings of a professionals home. You will either get to taste food along the way or sit down to a meal at the end, comprising of the dishes that were cooked in front of you. Themes will vary throughout the year at each school.
