The Wade Dignity range of crockery has been specifically designed for use by people with Dementia & Alzheimers Disease. The range was developed in conjunction with Stirling University, healthcare professionals & disabled people. The coloured plates & bowls allow people to clearly see what they are eating whilst the clever design assists with the scooping & lifting of food. The Dignity crockery range can also prove beneficial for people with other disabilities such as Stroke, Parkinsons Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis & Arthritis, who may be having difficulties eating & drinking but wish their bowls to be as stylish as possible. These are the Yellow version of the Wade Dignity Bowls. The bowls have a conventional appearance but are deeper than usual, which helps users to scoop food more easily without spilling. They also have a broader rim which makes it easier to hold the bowls in place & to handle them when washing, for example. Made from high quality vitrified earthenware, the bowls are dishwasher, freezer & microwave safe.
