Laithwaites Wine Tasting Evening For Two
Anyone with an interest in wine will know that part of the enjoyment comes from sipping a glass in stunning surroundings with a convivial atmosphere. Laithwaites Wine provide all that and more with their wine events - fun, informal gatherings which take place all around the country in specially selected venues. The events are specifically designed to make learning about wine and tasting the varieties on offer an experience that everyone can enjoy, hosting up to 130 guests at each gathering. With the wine makers and tasting experts on hand to answer questions and offer guidance, these events are ideal for those who are completely new to the wine tasting game as well as those who might have tried something similar before. The events take place in a variety of venues all around the UK,
from racetracks such as Silverstone to country house hotels and even the Eden Project, making each one a unique experience. You can choose the nearest one to you, or go for an event a little further afield, at a venue which holds a particular appeal or just in an area which takes your fancy. To begin the event, you will be greeted with a glass of Champagne. You then simply pass from table to table at your own pace tasting which ever wines you like. Laithwaites Wine staff will be there to serve you and are on-hand to discuss the wines, or anything else with them if you wish. You will be able to sample over 25 fantastic wines from across the globe, including a number presented by their producers. If you are entering the event a novice, you will most certainly be leaving a connoisseur!
You will also be presented with a wine glass which is yours to keep as a momento of your wonderful experience. With various venues across the UK there is typically one event a year at each location, therefore you should call the number provided in your gift pack at your earliest convenience to check forthcoming availability. The minimum age for this experience is 18 years old. There are no fitness requirements for this experience. There are no qualifications required in order to take part.
