Health Spa Day For Two
Unwind and let the stress melt away at a superb health spa. After your choice from a range of deeply luxurious and relaxing treatments you will feel totally reinvigorated and ready to face the world again. This is a wonderful opportunity to embark on a new fitness initiative or just to have a luxurious treatment in a pleasant and relaxing environment.ProgrammeYour day will include one treatment each, selecting from a choice of a manicure, pedicure, facial or shoulder massage. Each treatment lasts 30 minutes and to complete your relaxation you have full use of all facilities such as sauna, pool, gymnasium and fitness classes. Also included is an excellent buffet lunch for you both. Feel free to purchase any further treatments at the time of booking. You will need to advise of any
particular problems on arrival e.g. medical history that may restrict you from participating in treatments. All guests are advised that if you suffer with or have suffered with a predetermined health condition in the past, a note from your GP will be required indicating that you are in a satisfactory state of general health to have treatments. Failure to produce this document will result in the therapist being unable to carry out any treatments.DurationYour experience will last a full day.GroupTreatments will be on a one-to-one basis, however other people will be using the spa facilities.SpectatorsThis experience is for you and a friend.FitnessSome treatments are not advisable for pregnant women and if you have any specific health conditions that may restrict which treatments you can
participate in, you should check before booking.
