When de installing & appliance form a water mains the crew must be able to easily turn off the water with an isolator valve (blue tap) & the pipe work must not be leaking ** Your new appliance should be allowed to stand for four hours before being switched on. It then requires another eight hours to come up to temperature. We strongly advise against putting food into the fridge until this process is complete.
