In one exciting day, you can now experience & drive on the road a minimum of five legendary sports cars, driving through the countryside for over 100 miles swapping cars throughout the day. Programme This classic sports car driving day offers a full days on-road driving on a route of Approx. 100-125 miles through the countryside. You will drive at least five classic sports cars which may include an Austin Healey, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Lotus, Triumph, Caterham & Morgan (Cars vary depending on the location). Cars will be swapped between the teams throughout the day. The day is normally in the form of a treasure hunt & begins at 8.30am with driving teams being briefed on their vehicle over morning coffee. You will be paired up with another participant which will allow you to alternate between driving & navigating/clue finding. Then its off into the countryside driving a genuine classic sports car in search of those vital clues! The day

Includes:: a traditional pub lunch & will finish with the presentation of prizes for the winning team. Please note that fully comprehensive vehicle insurance is included for drivers. Customers need to complete & sign a car rental agreement on the day which means that in the event of an accident they will have to pay an excess of £750. Duration You will be at the venue for Approx. 8 to 912; hours. Group Therell be a maximum of 19 other people in the group, vehicles will be rotated & you will share the driving with another voucher holder on the day. Spectators Sorry, you cant bring family & friends along to watch you do this activity. Fitness You must not have any serious convictions including drink driving or serious own fault accidents within the last 5 years & no more than 6 speeding points on driving licence. Experience A full valid driving licence which has been held for at least two years is required. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer on the day, as you will not be covered for damage caused as a result of reckless and/or negligent driving. Minimum Age To participate in this activity you will need to be between 25 & 65 years old. Availability Selected limited selected Monday to Sunday dates, March to September. This is a great chance to combine driving modern racing cars, including a fabulous Formula Ford single seater, with some of the classic cars of yesteryear. The programme starts with a training session in an Alfa Romeo, Ford or similar suitable saloon. Your instructor will drive you around the circuit explaining the racing line, braking & gear changing points. After a couple of laps youll change places & you will have the chance to put into practice the points you have just learned, with your instructor by your side. Next Goodwoods sweeping circuit is open to you as you take the wheel of a Formula Ford 2000 single seater racing car. This is a full 2 litre "winged" racer, with slick tyres & Hewland gear box. After more than 10 miles impersonating Jenson Button youll need a breather! A change of pace follows as you are given two of the following cars to master. You could be behind the wheel of a svelte E Type Jaguar, a rumbling replica AC Cobra, a majestic Aston Martin, Chevrolet Corvette, or a scintillating Porsche 911 RS. You will drive three laps in each car. Again an instructor will accompany you to help you savour these wonderful old cars, which all have their own idiosyncrasies, not to mention lots of horse power! All cars are subject to availability. The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. Programme After a safety briefing you will get to drive three laps on the 2.4 mile Goodwood circuit in three different classic cars. You can choose to drive three of the following classics
- a Jaguar E Type, Aston Martin DB4 & a Lotus Cortina This would make a fantastic experience for anyone in their twenties in the 60s & 70s when they coveted these cars! Duration You will be at the venue for about 1 hour. Group Driving is on a one to one basis but the car is shared with other drivers on the day. Spectators Youre welcome to bring family & friends along to watch you take to the track.
