This is your chance to embark upon a fascinating and unique adventure which often includes the negotiation of pitches, squeezes, and water. Every cave system around the country has its own special characteristics often peculiar to the region in which they occur. The magical surroundings of an undiscovered world will turn apprehensive novices into intrepid explorers.ProgrammeThis is an introductory session which will enable you to learn the basic skills of Caving. Your activity will start with a briefing where you will be kitted out in specialist caving equipment. After this you will embark on your caving exploration which will be tailored to your ability. The experience does involve lots of climbing and crawling to get around obstacles in your way. Skilled instructors are on hand at all
