A compact, slim design & full front operation means you can install the printer anywhere – even flush against a wall to save valuable office space. A large LCD control panel featuring graphic animations ensures it’s quick & easy to get to grips with. Prints are automatically stacked in the high capacity basket to prevent damage & there’s even a handy print timer to track of how long a job will take to complete. For environments with multiple users there is an 80 Gb hard disk to store print jobs & to make processing large vector files even easier. High productivity Expect exceptional productivity with draft A0 prints in just 48 seconds. Canon’s L-COA image processing technology & Gigabit Ethernet ensure stunning high-speed reproductions on everything from architectural plans to geographic information. Productivity is maintained in networked environments thanks to the Media Mismatch function. This works through the hard disk drive. When a job is sent to print with a different media to that which is loaded, the user is informed via the operation panel & given the option to cancel it, print it anyway or change the media. In the meantime, the i PF755 continues with other jobs in the queue. “ Hot-swap” ink tanks allow ink cartridges to be replaced during printing for maximum productivity. Economical & efficient A built in accounting function allows accurate tracking of the cost per print & the overall cost of your printer & enables you to view the data through the printer driver, or export it to a CSV file for use in your own files or systems. An Economy mode can be selected which uses less ink & Canon’s e Maintenance software automatically detects & manages mechanical problems & low ink levels, linking directly to a Canon service centre for maximum uptime. Exceptional quality & accuracy Canon’s 5-colour dye-&-pigment reactive ink system produces vivid colours & the sharpest, thinnest lines & the new magenta ink makes the red gamut even better. With a range accuracy of +/- 0.1% as well as a minimum line width of 0.02mm, precision is guaranteed. Images are rendered at 2, 400 x 1, 200 dpi for maximum impact, thanks to super-fine print heads using 15, 360 nozzles. Built for demanding workflows The i PF755 is HP-GL/2 & HP-RTL compatible, including palette & pen settings. As well as an HDI driver for Auto CAD & for Microsoft Office users, there is a plug-in to print in Word, Excel & Power Point directly from the application. A Microsoft Office Plug in & an HDI driver for Windows are also incorporated.
