The basic principles of brewing beer have remained unchanged for centuries & during this tour you will see all parts of the brewery process including: fermenting, where the sugar is broken down into alcohol; conditioning, which gives beer a smoother taste; & filtering which stabilises the flavour & gives beer its polished shine & brilliance. To complete this experience you will also get to taste some of the brewerys beers. Programme At the beginning of your experience you will first meet your expert brewery guide. Then you will be taken around the brewery where you will get to see what goes on behind the scenes.
