This very useful buffet server is ideal when you are catering for lots of people at family gatherings. Or maybe you just want an informal ‘help yourself when you want’ buffet. Whatever the occasion this three tray server from Elgento will keep your food warm for hours. Easy To Use & Clean The three generously sized non-stick pans can keep food warm for extended periods though it is never advisable to exceed four or five hours. The pans have plastic lids to protect the food & the cool touch handles allow the unit to be moved when in use. After use the pans & lids can be removed for easy cleaning. Using the e 322 Elgento Buffet Warmer It’s pretty easy really. Switch the unit on, place food in the warming pans & set the temperature control to the preferred setting. That’s pretty much it. You can choose from three temperature settings; low 700 medium 1000 or high 1200 & when that temperature is reached the ‘ready’ indicator lamp will illuminate. Once the required temperature is reached the pans will remain at that level until the unit is switched off.
