Designed as a replacement for the 6pdr, the 17pdr first entered service in August 1942 as the 17/25pdr. The 17pdr gun was hastily placed on the 25pdr carriage Mk I to be rushed to North Africa to deal with the dreaded Tiger. Contains 2 guns, 8 crew and 2 large bases.All models are supplied un-assembled and unpainted, sealed in their retail box.
