The Science Bit Pure cotton produces a fairly shallow, cool pillow. Our other luxury pillows, made from down & feather, are typically softer than this one. But if you sleep on your side or back, you need a firmish pillow to keep your head slightly elevated. This saves your neck from taking the weight, protecting your spine.
