When opening, re-roll your rug pile out & leave in a warm room for 24 hours before putting in place, this will help to reduce wrinkles & curling from packing. Do not pull any loose threads, please cut them carefully with scissors to remove. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this may cause fading of the colour. Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear & to reduce pressure marks from furniture. Wool fibres may shed when new & during use, this is a characteristic of this product & is not a defect & should reduce with normal use & regular vacuuming. Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth
