Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear & to reduce pressure marks from furniture. Wool fibres may shed when new & during use, this is a characteristic of this product & is not a defect & should reduce with normal use & regular vacuuming. Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth
