Rubis is a chocolate wine liqueur made from a blend of fortified red wine & premium chocolate flavours. It uses the best tempranillo grapes from the centre of Spain & velvety premium dark chocolate to give Rubis its bold fruity & chocolatey flavours. The grapes are pressed in Spain with the juice being shipped over to England & fortified with grape spirit. The Grape spirit & juice are then blended with premium dark chocolate to create the smooth silky red wine liqueur that is Rubis. Rubis is delicious served at room temperature in a wine glass, or over ice in a small tumbler. If you are feeling naughty then why not drizzle it over ice-cream to bring a new element to your desert. If you are feeling really daring, you can serve it with a main course such as, slow braised Lamb shanks or pink roasted venison.
