- Kingsland Wight A regal garlic & the most versatile hard necks! Originating from near Toulouse, southwest France the garlic ‘ Kingsland Wight’ is one of the most versatile of hard necks. We called this royal garlic after Kingsl&, the most fertile strip of land on the farm, whose rent was due to the King. These garlic bulbs can be planted autumn or early spring. Producing a beautiful white bulb with pink cloves, similar to Rose de Lautrec, held by French gourmands to be France's finest garlic. Garlic is a great addition to beds & borders or raised beds. The Kingsland Wight will produce 10-12 cloves per bulb. This hard neck variety has bags full of flavour making it a must-have addition to any home vegetable;garden or on the allotment.
