Expert 200mm fully insulated high leverage diagonal side cutters. expert quality, tested to 10, 000v & insulated to 1000v ac & 1500v dc for live line working. manufactured from chrome vanadium electric steel, oil hardened & tempered. smoothly ground heads with cutting edges separately induction hardened to 64hrc for cutting piano, hard & soft wires. the cutter has no conventional centre rivet, but a forged-on pivot which can withstand extra leverage. heavy insulated handles with slip guards for extra comfort & safety. display packed.
