The nutrient requirement in athletes is highest immediately after intense & prolonged physical activity. The 30 – 45 minute window after training or events is a crucial time during which the body races to recover as quickly as possible.

- Recommended Use
Add two level scoops (95g) to 300 – 400 ml of cool water (depending on taste preference) & shake or stir vigorously. Allow to settle for a few minutes before consuming.
During event/training: Premix with water in a water bottle or hydration pack & sip continuously throughout the duration of the event or training session. Have Approx. one serving per hour of intense event or training.
Post-event recovery: Have one serving per 1 hour of training or event duration afterwards, to help with recovery. Try to drink the first serving as quickly as possible after the event or training, & sip further servings over a period of 15
- 30 minutes.
Hydration & warm weather: During an event or training, always avoid becoming thirsty by ensuring that fluids are taken continuously. Extra water must be consumed in addition to Rapid Recovery Complex, especially during warm weather.
