BSN No-Xplode NT - N-Tensity - Suggested Use Directions:RECOMMENDED USE TO ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 stick pack or less of N.O.-XPLODENT mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 60 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 60 minutes consume an additional 1/2 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after another 60 minutes consume an additional 1/2 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance again. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 2 STICK PACKS WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Once your
tolerance has been assessed, mix 1 stick pack or less with 4-6 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 4-6 oz of water per 1 stick pack or less of powder.
