The Patented Aramid-Reinforced Skeleton provides internal support to the EPS foam. Essentially this is a framework that runs inside the EPS foam adding structure much like reinforcing rods used in concrete. This means that the helmet can be lighter with more ventilation yet the structural integrity is maintained.
