It has a nimble wheel size & the same legendary X-Wing layout that makes its ride plenty stiff super snappy & more fun than the feds probably want you to have. Tell the trail to give this Enduro its worst—itll be just fine. Our quest was to create the perfect long-travel trail bike & it all began with a close look at the geometry. Basically we modernized it— slacking out the front end lengthening the top tube shortening the chainstays & lowering the bottom bracket. All of this together makes the bike truly feel glued to the ground & the platform is more responsive & capable than ever. & to keep the weight down the frame is constructed with our legendary tough-as-nails X-Wing layout with a M5 alloy chassis & rear-end. To guarantee high degrees of shredability this material choice is greeted by 170mm of plush front & rear travel plus a geometry that can be adjusted via a shock extension with a low/high setting. For the build this Enduro is packed with send-it-ready gear like SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed shifting powerful Guide RE brakes crazy-strong wheels & a Rock Shox Yari fork up front. The Rock Shox Monarch Plus rear shock not only features our AUTOSAG technology but houses a 3-position compression adjustment along with a rebound adjustment. INCREDIBLY CAPABLE If the Enduro looks like its sibling the Demo it’s because they share plenty of downhill DNA. A more-rearward axle path reduces wheel hang-up on big impacts. A low- & forward-positioned shock keeps it planted & confident-feeling at high speeds. & balanced chassis stiffness helps the front-end steer precisely & keeps the rear-end tracking like it’s on rails. Add it all up & you have a bike that laughs in the face of the steepest rockiest trails. ASTONISHINGLY FAST—UP & DOWN THE TRAIL Stomp on the pedals & the new Enduro accelerates far quicker than youd expect possible from a downhill bruiser. To start we increased anti-squat so the suspension better-resists pedal bob. Then to further its efficiency we re-directed the angle of the chainstay & upper shock linkages for a much more efficient design. The end result? Less bobbing more speed.
