To make sure you get plenty of power the soles have a glass reinforced nylon plate to improve pedalling efficiency. When you reach the inevitable hike a bike sections the Evoke shoe has a grippy Tachyon rubber outer sole. As a dedidated mountain bike shoe it’s important that the Evoke can stand up to plenty of abuse so the shoe upper has Gnar Guard reinforcement for protection against trail debris & undergrowth. The Evoke shoes are compatible with standard 2-bolt MTB cleats.
