The Happy Hearts Mobile is made up of 7 happy red hearts. The pieces are mounted on a steel structure & there’s a clear plastic thread included to hang them from the ceiling. The hearts are in constant motion, while the structure maintains a harmonic balance. Use it to decorate your living room or bedroom, or to add a personal touch to your office. If you own a business, you can use it to personalize your shop, office or waiting room. The mobile is lightweight & packed so that it’s ready to hang the minute you take it out of the box. For years, they have been handcrafted, however it was Christian Flensted who first started creating modern mobiles for use in decorating homes & offices. He & his wife Grethe, he’s been designing mobiles since 1954. Their first design, the Stork mobile, was a huge success & has decorated homes all over the world. Christian Flensted is known as the Uromager, a word that is impossible to translate & means something along the lines of "the one who makes things that are fun & in constant motion". Today, his son Ole & his wife Aase have continued the family tradition of making mobiles. Flensted Mobiles creates mobiles in different styles & each one is mounted & assembled by expert hands that are skilled at making these pieces.
