Use on Halloween DIY decorations, party favours, gifts & cards to give your makes a spooky glow in the dark, simply charge the paste by exposing it to a bright light source. This water based texture paste can be applied with a paint brush or palette knife either directly onto your surface for bigger area coverage, or through stencils to add textured highlights, patterns, words & images.
