Freezes well enabling you to build up a stock ready for those last minute requests! Each cake individually packed in a strong, convenient cardboard box, for protection during transportation! Product Description: 6" Round vanilla genoese sponge. 1 layer 2.5” deep, ready to slice into 2 or 3 layers, & add a filling of your choice! It is recommended that you order these to arrive approx. one week before, then decorate in the week leading up to, the celebration. The cake will then be in perfect condition to enjoy on the day & for some time afterwards! Note – shelf life is for undecorated sponge only – icings added do vary & may alter the keeping qualities of the whole sponge. Product Dimensions: 6" dia x 2.5" (D) Vanilla Genoese Ingredients: Sugar, Wheatflour (contains Gluten), Egg, Vegetable Oil, Water, Skimmed Milk Powder, Glycerine, Raising Agent (E450a, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Emulsifier E 471, Preservative E202, Vanilla Flavour. Allergy Advice: Contains gluten, egg & milk. may contain traces or nut and/or soya.
