Product Description

Long established training techniques provide an excellent foundation for IT training, however the specific circumstances of Technical courses together with the different environment provide a wide range of tricky situations. This course focuses on IT training skills. Learn how to structure a session to make it memorable & fun, build courseware that is intuitive & effective & deal with practical issues running the session. Delegates will use their new skills to deliver a presentation to the group & may bring materials for this purpose if they wish. Alternatively, Microsoft Office or Internet topics can be utilised for practice. Delegates are encouraged to explore situations they have encountered & work out appropriate responses within the group guided by an experienced trainer with first hand in-depth knowledge.
