Product Description

Sun Microsystems Logical Domains (LDoms) technology is part of a suite of methodologies for consolidation & resource management that

Includes::
Sun Fire Dynamic System Domains & Solaris OS Containers. Each of these systems will have its own operating system, resources, & identity.

The emphasis of this course is on providing practical LDom planning, configuration, & administration experience, while also covering the underlying technologies & best practices. This course features the Sun Fire servers, the Solaris 10 OS, & LDom management software. The students perform the course lab exercises using Sun Fire T2000 servers.
