Building upon the tools & techniques introduced in our Managing Dynamic Projects workshop, this programme aims to stretch project managers to operate at a more demanding level of performance. This may involve working at board level, dealing with different stakeholder groups who have different agendas or managing more complex projects or programmes of work.
The agenda of the programme is based around a single very challenging case study that develops over three days, with highly interactive exercises & role plays. Because of the experiential nature of the workshop, the participants learn in an interactive environment, with peer group insights adding value alongside those of a very experienced facilitator.
