This course, designed for individuals on the implementation team responsible for RTD installation & administration, enables participants to perform tasks required to successfully configure & deploy RTD with their operational applications. Participants learn about various aspects of integration between RTD & target applications, including Siebel Call Center & E-Commerce, & are prepared to engage on RTD deployment projects at all levels of the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to production rollout & monitoring.

The course introduces the RTD platform, describing its features, function, & capabilities. It also covers the RTD architecture, platform, & pre-built Base & Specialized solutions, including RTD for Intelligent Offer Generation & RTD for E-Commerce. The lesson topics are reinforced with structured hands-on practices during which participants create & deploy a fully functional inline service project from scratch.
