Motivation is key to any successful people management role. This course is designed to help managers develop their motivational techniques, by understanding what is required, what works & then implementing a personal action plan.

The essence of successful leadership & supervision is the ability to motivate, or move, yourself & others. Often, the ability to successfully motivate others must start with the ability to motivate yourself.

This course is designed to help you understand how to motivate yourself & your team members, concentrate on the skills required to lead staff, motivate staff, communicate with staff & manage the outcomes expected by anyone within the organisation. All participants will return to their organisations with an armoury of new skills, having a completely different view of the way they handle people, with enhanced leadership skills & greater emotional intelligence.
