This MSP course will cover each part of the MSP Transformational Flow, Governance Themes & documents described in the MSP Guide. You will work through various case studies during the course. You will also discuss examination tips & preparation working with sample examination papers in readiness for the MSP Foundation & Practitioner examinations.
The Foundation qualification is aimed at those who intend to work within a programme environment, those who need to know the terminology used & some of the theory behind the practice. The Practitioner qualification is for someone moving into programme management, & can be used as a stepping stone to move from basic concepts to a higher level of understanding.
