This workshop is designed to build upon the learning outcomes achieved at Foundation & Practitioner levels &, hence, facilitate the achievement of the learning outcomes at Advanced Practitioner level, identified in the MSP syllabus, published by the APM Group Ltd.
Course Objectives- To develop the delegate's practical understanding of the OGC (Office of Government Commerce) approach to Programme Management (as documented in the book, Managing Successful Programmes 2007 edition) by practising essential aspects against a realistic scenario & relating them to actual experience.
- To provide delegates with the opportunity to sit the MSP Advanced Practitioner Examination.
