As an experienced IBM® Lotus® Domino® 8 application developer, you have created & enhanced Lotus Domino applications. One of the main new features of IBM® Lotus Notes® 8 is its support for composite applications. A key element of IBM's service oriented architecture (SOA), composite applications enable companies to develop components in different environments & combine them into robust applications to meet users' needs. Using IBM® Lotus® Domino Designer®, developers can extend Lotus Notes applications to be NSF components in composite applications. This course builds on your knowledge of & experience with Lotus Domino application development to enable you to use Lotus Domino Designer 8 to create NSF components & to build composite applications for Lotus Notes 8. In this course, you will design & develop an NSF component, assemble composite applications consisting of NSF components, & assemble composite applications consisting of NSF components & Eclipse T-based components.
