This entry-level course provides a comprehensive overview of project management that focuses on key success factors, decisions & consequences. Relevant for any project in any area of business, the course covers the pragmatic skills & techniques necessary for effective project delivery.
At the end of the course delegates may sit an examination to attain the Association for Project Management (APM) Introductory Certificate in Project Management (based on the APM Body of Knowledge, 5th Edition). (These delegates should also book on course code FPMEX-3). This course, together with a recommended follow up programme, will also prepare delegates for the Comp TIA Project+ examination.
The course is a mix of theory & practical sessions. A case study is used throughout the course to illustrate & practice the concepts & techniques.
