Product Description

Emotional Intelligence is defined as.. ."the capacity for recognising our own feelings & those of others, for motivating ourselves, & for managing emotions well in ourselves & in our relationships"... (Daniel Goleman)

The theory of emotional intelligence (EI) suggests that we think & act on emotions stimulated by present situations & historical memories. EI is concerned with perception & processing of emotions
- with reaction rates that are 80, 000 times faster than those of the thinking centre. A high IQ is not enough to guarantee success at work.

Excellent customer experience management (CEM) brings intangible benefits of trust, loyalty, love (and other extremes of emotion), forgiveness, honesty, understanding & openness, & therefore longevity of relationship. During these two days, we learn how to work at ourselves & our relationships to ensure that we have long & happy business partnerships.

This training may be available onsite; please contact us if you are interested.
