The PRINCE2 2009 Foundation & Practitioner course will focus on equipping the delegate with a detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2 method including the seven principles, seven processes & seven themes central to running a project using this method. The successful completion of the Foundation & Practitioner Exam will give the delegate a recognised Practitioner qualification. This course lays a firm grounding for the delegate to apply the PRINCE2 method to projects in the workplace. This course is delivered using accelerated learning techniques which create fun, interactive & interesting training environments. We provide pre-course materials & activities to enable delegates to prepare themselves for the course so that they can take full advantage of the trainer's knowledge & guidance.
