Overview

This programme is designed to provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of the principles & terminology of PRINCE2 to act as an informed member of a project management team on a project using the PRINCE2 method. It is also designed to enable delegates attain the level of competence required to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner exams with a minimum of classroom contact time.

This is achieved using a combination of self study via e-learning, remote tutor support & a 2 day workshop which incorporates both exams. This approach provides delegates with a greater degree of flexibility in the way they study than that of a standard 5 day classroom based event.

Following completion of the e-learning delegates will attend a 2 day workshop which commences with the Foundation exam which will be marked. Delegates will then complete the interactive workshop designed to prepare them for the Practitioner exam held at the end of the second day. Note that a pass in the Foundation is a pre-requisite to sitting the Practitioner exam. A free re-sit of the Foundation exam will be available in the unlikely event of a failure.
