Product Description

This course is aimed at anyone currently involved or about to become involved in projects, who have a basic or limited knowledge of Project Management principles, practices, tools & techniques. This could include, project team members & project support staff, entry-level project management practitioners, undergraduate & graduate students.

It will introduce delegates to the Project Management Institute's (PMI's) project management processes & knowledge areas
- as defined in the PMBOK (R) Guide 3rd. Edition
- & will in addition prepare delegates to attain CAPM certification via a separate examination. It would be expected that delegates who achieve the CAPM qualification will eventually go on to achieve Project Management Professional (PMP) certification when they have accrued sufficient experience.

This course will satisfy the 23 contact hours training requirement necessary for CAPM examination eligibility.

This training may be available onsite; please contact us if you are interested.
