This three-day programme will provide participants with an in-depth knowledge of the use & techniques of the M_o_R® risk management method, as laid out in the Office of Government Commerce's (OGC) guide ' Management of Risk; Guidance for Practitioners'. This level is aimed to measure whether a participant understands how to apply M_o_R® across the organisation with a detailed knowledge & understanding of how this works within at least one specific level of the organisation (strategic, programme, project or operational).
Participants will work through a case study illustrating the application of M_o_R® techniques, & participate in workshops covering the appropriate application of the techniques to real situations. Considerable evening preparation & consolidation work will be required of participants who wish to pass the M_o_R® exams, which also provides the potential opportunity to learn from informal discussion with other participants. All participants will receive joining instructions including suggestions for pre-course reading from the OGC's guide ' Management of Risk; Guidance for Practitioners' & printed course material. All rates include the cost of registration for the examinations & the residential price
